Evon Vogt Prize awarded by the Department of Anthropology for the best senior thesis in Social Anthropology.

  • to Jenna Cohn, class of 2023, for her project entitled “Reenvisioning Care in a Post-Roe World: Abortion Doulas as Activists, Care Workers, and Paramedical Actors”

 

Clyde Kluckhohn Prize awarded by the Department of Anthropology for the best senior thesis in Interdisciplinary Anthropology. 

  • to Michael Frim, class of 2023, for his project entitled “Medieval Irish Perception of Ogham Stones: Spatial and Literary Approaches”

 

Glynn Isaac Prize awarded by the Department of Anthropology for the best senior thesis in Archaeology. 

  • to Tess Kelley, class of 2023, for her project entitled “Recollections of Collections: Value Judgements in Western Collectors' Encounters with the Ainu” 
  • to Sebastian Millien, class of 2023, for his project entitled “Zooming in on ZooMS: New Approaches to ZooMS Protocols and Further Insights into Animal Identifications in Neolithic and Bronze Age Indus Valley Sites”

 

Mary Steedly Prize awarded by the Department of Anthropology to a student who has shown exemplary commitment to the field of Anthropology.

Sally Falk Moore Prize awarded by the Department of Anthropology to a student who has shown outstanding commitment to public service.
