It is our pleasure to share that Professor Emeritus [Michael Herzfeld](/people/michael-herzfeld), Ernest E. Monrad Research Professor of the Social Sciences in the Department of Anthropology at Harvard University, will receive an honorary doctorate (Doctor of Letters) at the University of St. Andrews, Scotland on June 13, 2023.
