#  Harvard Anthropology Professor Peter Manuelian Awarded Provostial Fund for the Arts and Humanities

 The Department of Anthropology is pleased to share that [Peter Manuelian](/people/peter-der-manuelian), Barbara Bell Professor of Egyptology and Director of Harvard's Museum of the Ancient Near East, has been awarded a Provostial Fund for the Arts and Humanities towards his proposal “Life Writing at the Giza Pyramids: An archaeological biography shot in 360-degree video.” This fund will support a project geared towards making Manuelian’s latest book, “Walking Among Pharaohs: George Reisner and the Dawn of Modern Egyptology” more accessible for all.
