The Department of Anthropology at Harvard University is pleased to share that [Michael Herzfeld](/people/michael-herzfeld), Ernest E. Monrad Professor of the Social Sciences, *Emeritus*, has been made a member of the Editorial Collective of [HAU: Journal of Ethnographic Theory](https://www.haujournal.org/index.php/hau). At some point he will serve as coordinating editor for one year. The journal is published by the University of Chicago Press.
