Contemporary Latin American Anthropology Workshop

The next Contemporary Latin American Anthropology Workshop will be held on Monday, April 10, at 6:00PM in Peabody 12 (21 Divinity Ave, Cambridge). 

Winifred Tate (Associate Professor of Anthropology, Colby College) will present a working paper from her new project, “Settler Colonialism in 20th Century Cordoba: Notes towards a New history of Colombian Paramilitarism.” 

Robert Karl (Assistant Professor of History, Princeton University) will provide discussant comments before we open the floor for questions and conversation. 

The workshop is hosted by the David Rockefeller Center for Latin American Studies and the Department of Anthropology, Harvard University.
